Purchased products may be shipped directly to the user from manufacturer in some instances, in which case the delivery period may take a shorter or in some instances, longer time. International Orders (Please Note): On all international orders the customer is responsible for any and all additional local taxes, GST, tariffs, fees and duties. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Almost all products we sell are highly specialized and manufactured in limited quantities. For this reason most manufacturers do not extend return policies and terms that cover us or our clients beyond what is appropriately mentioned at each product URL. For this reason all returns must be pre-authorized within two days of receiving the shipment should the product be defective on arrival. All returns without an RMA number will be rejected by our receiving department. All return shipping must be prepaid and securely packaged by customers. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee for all unopened and unused merchandise in re-sellable condition unless the item is Dead On Arrival (DOA). Shipping fees are not refundable. AMT ReallyCoolToys does its best to replace all returns subject to product availability. If a returned item is no longer available, AMT ReallyCoolToys reserves the right to cancel transaction and refund fully or replace the returned item with any similar product of same value. All returned items must be in "as good as new" condition to be accepted for RMA. No refunds are granted for shipping, opened products, videos, models or software.

Other Terms: AMT ReallyCoolToys is not responsible for product safety, operator safety, operator miss-use of product, product failure, manufacturer claims and warranty terms, or anything other than delivering customer purchased goods. When damage is cuased in shipment, the respective courier is responsible for that damage and must assure loss recovery.
